The restructuring of industry going on in major part of Central and East Europe brought a number of foreign investors and new technologies. Large industrial zones are created in which industrial buildings are located, namely those for automobile industry and light industry where logistic centres and stores raise.
The services of the Technoprojekt specialists in design of manufacturing plants, such as assembly plants, pressing plants, motor and gear manufacturing plants, were used by the motor car plant TPCA in Kolín or assembly car plant Hyundai in Nošovice.

For example, design for the pressing plant of plastic components for INA Lanškroun located in the production premises of the former Tesla Lanškroun.
Part of almost any industrial building is power utility media sources. In respect of a new industrial building and zone, there are new compressor stations, switching stations and energy centres too.
In connection with the construction of new manufacturing plants in the existing industrial zones, it is necessary to reconstruct the existing sources of utility media to quantitatively higher parameters.
