Key parameters : A building of the new production hall for the company IVAX for the Israel firm TEVA, which is situated at the existing area of the production plant in Komárov nearby Opava, with the capacity of 4 milliard of drugs and hard gelatin capsules a year. The built-up area of the new buildings is 5 610 m2, enclosed area of new buildings totally 87 949 m3, use area of new buildings totally 14 250 m2. The production area of the plant is 16 104 m2.
