Permit procedure

As integral part of offered services, Technoprojekt a.s. offers its clients a comprehensive support in granting all necessary permits. In the beginning of the project preparation, it is above all the provision of approvals received from authorities in respect of environmental impacts imposed by each project. Part of the environmental impact assessment made at particular levels (identification procedure, EIA, IPPC) according to the complexity of the investment project is the preparation of an application and representation of the client in the proceedings.

During and above all after receiving a positive statement from authorities and the public on the environmental impact assessment, aggrieved parties will provide their statements in the procedure concerning the project location or its permission. This procedure is procured by our company based on the prepared planning and building permit documentation.

For the most demanding stage of the permit procedure, where the professional potential of our company is used significantly, we take the procedure dealing with building conversion and additional building permits.
