Project realization management

The services connected with the project management, above all resource management (time, quality and budget management) are provided particularly for the clients not having their own specialists and/or if more contractors participate in the project. In addition to the resource management, we are responsible as well for safety management and environmental protection.

The project realization management is very sophisticated and so this service needs the permanent stay of our employees in the site.
